Position: Talent Acquisition Associate
Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Columbus, OH
Salary Range:  $60,000 - $70,000

The Superior Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to help keep our recruitment operations running smoothly. This individual will be a key player in all-things Talent Acquisition and will support recruiting, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and talent-building initiatives. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to support full life-cycle recruiting for Corporate and Project Operations positions
  • Support with candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer preparation, and new hire paperwork
  • Kindly engage with candidates who have questions about our company, job opportunities, benefits, and interview process
  • Provide administrative support with posting jobs, collating resumes, and scheduling candidate screens and interviews
  • Play a key role in driving the company’s Spring, Summer, and Fall internship programs, including recruitment and program management

Your Expertise

  • Required: You have 1-3+ years of professional working experience in recruitment or other administrative roles
  • Bonus Points: If you have earned your degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Bonus points: If you previously worked in a Talent Acquisition function
  • Bonus points: If you have working knowledge of HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems
